These terms govern your use of PASSAROO. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If the user is under the age required to consent in their location, a parent or guardian must agree for them.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect access to your email account and device, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Safe and respectful use

Do not use PASSAROO to harass others, violate privacy, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Only upload or share media you have permission to use.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to its billing and refund rules. Access may end when a subscription expires or is canceled.

PASSAROO content

PASSAROO and its original characters, artwork, software, and branding are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service. You retain ownership of media you create and grant us the limited rights needed to process, display, store, and share it at your direction.

Service changes

Features may change as PASSAROO improves. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

PASSAROO is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party services, destinations, or user-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
