PASSAROO is a digital pet and travel-adventure service. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, profile photo, and authentication records.
- Pet and activity information: pet names, birthdays, preferences, passport entries, destinations, memories, outfits, rewards, and progress.
- Photos, video, microphone, and location: only when you choose to use camera or live-clip features and grant permission. Media is used to create the experience you request.
- Purchases: product, subscription, entitlement, and transaction status. Payment-card information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not stored by PASSAROO.
- Technical information: device, browser, app performance, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and pet adventures, save passport memories, process and restore purchases, enable sharing features you choose, improve reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate PASSAROO, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payment, and app-store providers; when you intentionally share a photo or clip; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Children
PASSAROO uses a neutral age screen. Children under 13 can use a child-safe experience that does not permit account creation or sign-in, purchases, profile photos, camera or microphone features, media uploads, social sharing, gifts, or person-to-person pet passing. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through child-safe play. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete a child’s information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to operate the service, maintain purchase records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may deny camera, microphone, photo, or location permissions in your device settings. You may correct profile information inside PASSAROO, log out at any time, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
