Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your PASSAROO account and associated personal information at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email bokeelia1977@gmail.com from the email address used for your PASSAROO account.
  2. Use the subject Delete my PASSAROO account.
  3. We may send a verification message to protect your account. Complete that verification to authorize deletion.
Email deletion request

What will be deleted

Your profile, account credentials, saved pets, passport memories, uploaded profile photo, travel progress, and other personal activity associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized. Purchase and transaction records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, refunds, or legal compliance.

Timing

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Backups may take additional time to expire securely. Logging out or uninstalling PASSAROO does not delete your account.
